Overview
The Y type water strainer is a fundamental filtration device specifically engineered for diverse water systems, featuring a core filtration unit housed within a Y-shaped shell. Primarily designed to effectively remove suspended solid impurities such as rust, sediment, and scale fragments from tap water, circulating cooling water, process water, and wastewater, it prevents pipeline blockages and protects pumps, heat exchangers, and precision instruments. As the most prevalent pre-treatment device in water systems, it is widely utilized in building water supply and drainage, central air conditioning, industrial cooling, irrigation, and water treatment pretreatment processes.

1.Engineered for water environments: The housing and internal seals are made of corrosion-resistant materials like galvanized steel, bronze, or stainless steel. The filter screen is specifically designed to handle common water impurities, ensuring reliable filtration.
2.The flow resistance is extremely low, saving energy and water: the optimized Y-shaped flow channel matches the water's flow characteristics perfectly, with high flow capacity and minimal pressure loss, which helps maintain the system's designed flow rate and reduces the pump's energy consumption.
